I use a Mac and I've non met difficulties of synchronization for downloading the new version of Desktop Manager for Mac in December/Jan. I was not able to download the last updated withal. I saw a post initially by a user who has the aforementioned problem, but I didn't know the question, and and so I am hopeful of possible suggestions for resolution.
